A round of applause and many kind thanks for your amazing customer service. I am in awe of how efficiently and quickly you handled my situation regarding the closure of a business and the vouchers I had purchased.

One simple email I sent after work hours, was promptly replied to first thing in the morning. Following this an apology, explanation, process that was going to take place so full refund could be organized  AND an accommodation voucher for the inconvenience caused.

To be honest I was expecting a reply saying “Didn’t you read the fine print/terms and conditions?” and to be told there was nothing that could be done. I was in shock at the courteous response I received and believe me all my family and friends have been told of my experience. And I’m still smiling, I’ll definitely be continuing to use your website and continue to buy gifts for my self, family and friends about your outstanding customer service!
